Pumpkin Time!

Snow on the Mountain!

We weren't really expecting this, so it was pretty great to find on Friday!

Dave the Treadle Guy

Dave the Treadle Guy was here last Wednesday and pronounced Blossom in beautiful running order!  Pretty amazing that he lives just a two minute walk away. He lubricated everything, put in a new needle and gave me some excellent sewing machine oil to have on hand as needed. It looks like I'll have something fun to do this Winter!

There they go...

Plethora of Pine (and Spruce) Cones

Plethora of Pinecones:

The Foliage just doesn't want to stop!

How do you like them apples? Got a favourite?

Can you stand another foliage photo...or two?

October Geranium!

I don't recall ever before having such a delicate flower still blooming in the second half of October.  This one has made it through a frost and a freeze, since the ground and root system are still warm.  We won't have another chance of frost now for at least a week, so this flower is likely to set a record!

Last come The Yellows!!

Next come The Oranges

First come The Reds

Autumn begins with hearty Greens
