In 1994, Wil and listener attended a weeknight Eucharist service held
in this space, before it was consecrated as a Memorial Garden.

In fact, the only persons present were ourselves and the Rev. Al Stefanik,
for what we used to sometimes dub Wednesday night "Schulte Chapel" service. 

Al told us that evening of the plan to create a memorial garden there.
We feel a special connection to it.

Spinnaker & Mizzen

Spinnaker (L) & Mizzen (R) fell asleep near listener, but a bit apart, as is their way. After they were asleep, though, Mizzen flopped over and Spinnaker curled up. They didn't realise until they woke up that they were actually touching! 😱 They were horrified. 🤣 PS: They turned 13 yesterday! That means they are 68 in human years and will catch up to Wil and listener in about 6 months, as all will be 70. LOL

One Year Ago Today...

The Total Solar Eclipse happened here in Vermont one year ago today, when I took this photo.  Today we have SNOW!  It feels all the more amazing that we got to see it, knowing today's weather was more likely than what we had!
