Could a pear tree really grow that tall? That's the tree I posted the blossom from!

Seriously, I don't know and need to know...because it grows in the yard next to ours and a shoot from it is coming up right next to our fence post. So we need to dig it and move it, but we first want to know what it is! :-) Thanks!
