We were in our senior year of high school at the time. We knew we were young and that we wouldn't be taken seriously yet. So we waited until the following September, as college started, to let others know. There are, though, some things that just begin very clearly. I'm so glad we listened to our hearts and saw one another as we actually are. Then we helped each other grow into that vision.
Beautiful day here. I noticed that our grandfather clock was stopped; I wonder if there might have been a little earthquake while we slept, but didn't pay attention to the indicated time before resetting it, and don't find any report of an earthquake felt here. Oh, well. Maybe I jostled the pendulum while I was rewinding the clock yesterday. ---Alan
'Tis very suspicious. There are burn bags for the routine disposal of excess documents. But, for some reason, a member of the House intelligence committee (Perry) was bringing documents for Meadows to dispose of in his fireplace. The WH burn bags were not "secure" because staff would go through them to retrieve documents Trump had torn up and tape them together to go to the archives.
A few minutes before that I submitted a quiz, "The Two Kings: Elvis and Engelbert." So, I have a little bit of breathing space before getting back to work on another quiz that really ought to have been submitted yesterday. It can wait till tomorrow.

Great. So now Italy is going to have another mega surge. I tell you, it's mighty hard to feel kindly disposed towards Chinese.

Caught something about that on CNN. I'm no lawyer, but isn't that a felony?
