Francis is the sort of Pope one would love to keep. However, if he's 85 and in pain, I'd say he might be wise to retire. But wouldn't it be great if he simply makes a big announcement...you know, like, ordination of women...?
I discovered this morning that George Friedman's book "The Storm Before the Calm" was written two years ago, so that should make it a good test of his predictive powers; not worth buying either new or hardback, though. I wonder if he predicted misbehavior by Russia back then. ---Alan
