Smoke Haze Over the Landscape

  1. Yesterday I very cautiously began some new exercises I found online to allegedly relieve lower back pain. I have lately been neglecting my exercises because they didn't seem to be helping with that problem, which is a bit depressing. This morning it was definitely easier to put on my socks, and of course long unused muscles were complaining; but I will continue, and if the exercises seem to be doing some real good I will share them here.

  2. Our predicted high temperature today is 104F; predicted low humidity (just after the hottest part of the day) 16%. It's getting to be a bit of a drag, but Phoenix it isn't.

    1. I saw that. Funny how Republicans seem to think orders from Supreme Courts should apply to everybody else all the time but to themselves only when they agree with them.

    1. Good. The more insurrectionists convicted the better. And, if they are Trump appointees, better yet.

  11. Predicted high for tomorrow's Disability Pride Parade is 85F. I'll be sitting under a tent "selling" T-shirts. (Quotes because technically the money is a donation.)
