Yesterday I very cautiously began some new exercises I found online to allegedly relieve lower back pain. I have lately been neglecting my exercises because they didn't seem to be helping with that problem, which is a bit depressing. This morning it was definitely easier to put on my socks, and of course long unused muscles were complaining; but I will continue, and if the exercises seem to be doing some real good I will share them here. ----Alan
