Sounds like the Interior Minister and 5 members of his staff, the three crew members and 6 people on the ground (including a child) died. Something like 25 others injured. The helicopter crashed near an apartment building and a kindergarten at 8:20am as parents were bringing children to the kindergarten. The cause is being investigated.
