Remember and Honour

Poppy of Remembrance, by Danforth Pewter, Vermont

Square in Boston, named for my Uncle Harold "Junior" MacFarland, who died in WWII.
Based on the letters he wrote home, I think he was a kindred spirit.  ~ listener

That was his church, and they were the ones who requested the naming of the Square.

    1. Yes, the U.S. is into rule by indirection. Commerce its favored tool now that it is no longer taking land and resources from owners without paying. Eminent domaine. Using the commerce clause to terminate discrimination in public accommodations was quite brilliant. If prohibiting trade can write finis to a war, it will be impressive.
