You'll recall that he was so sweet about helping Grandad wait and wait for his truck to be built.
He even let Grandad borrow his own toy red truck to hang onto, to help him wait! ❤️
(Rare for me to post a photo of a grand. I know you'll all be careful not to share.)
Nobody here yet? We're getting the predicted thunderstorm about an hour and a half later than expected. Thunder and rain, but haven't yet seen the high winds and hail that wee predicted. Even so, I don't think I will be going out to dinner tonight.

Twenty wounded civilians were able to evacuate from the territory of Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol. Women and children. They are probably on the way to Zaporizhzhia, said Captain Svyatoslav Palamar, deputy commander of the Azov Regiment.
ReplyDeleteAzov spokesmen Sviatoslav “Kalyna” Palamar confirms that the two sides at Azovstal have been observing ceasefire to evacuate civilians from the besieged plant. Only 20 people have been evacuated. Others, he claims, are being [rescued] from under the rubble after bombings.
===============================
Vadym Boychenko, mayor of Mariupol, said that Russian forces have killed twice as many of the city’s residents in the two months of the war as Nazi Germany did in its two years of occupation.
During World War II, the Nazis killed 10,000 civilians during the two years they occupied Mariupol. Russians have doubled that number, Boychenko said.

Hallo all! Wil and I spent the day helping a young former neighbour move...at the end of her latest semester of graduate study. This person's Mom died on 1/1/2000, from a burst aneurysm, and she was just 1 year old at the time. Rough! Turns out she inherited cardiovascular issues galore, and has so far had 99 infusions. So what is she doing with her life? Going to school to be a medical professional helping people with similar issues. Helping her felt so good.
ReplyDeleteSo, here's the scoop on our blog issues...
ReplyDeletepuddle cannot post here anymore. She can't post on Facebook and discovered just one blog where she can still get in to post. So we might migrate there...which would be a joining of two very small blogs of kind Dean people. However, one of them can't seem to get into that blog. So another is looking into a new option, IF puddle can get into that locale. Meanwhile, Renee is looking into resurrecting the old shadowblog...only, so far it doesn't work for me. So, stay tuned. May creativity carry the day! Never let the internets win! LOL!
