The SCOTUS determines whether or not negislation is consistent with the Constiturion and whether the executive has followed the legislation as directed. Since the Constitution only recognizes property and civil rights. personal or human rights are not matters for their adjudication. Note that the Amendments are addressed to the behavior of public officials NOT to the rights of natural persons. Corporations are not natural persons, but Congress has failed to supervise them appropriately. The SCOTUS cannot compensate for negligence.
