Because. . .Chad Wolf was not legally serving as acting Homeland Security secretary when he signed rules limiting DACA applications and renewals. Maybe there are some more examples of rules changes by illegal Trump administration appointees.
Quite so. Some of them at least carry on about how being obliged to wear masks and maintain social separation violates their freedom; did blackouts during WWII violate people's freedom? (It took much longer than it should have for cities along the East Coast of the US to adopt blackouts; until they did, blacked out ships were outlined by city lights and very easy for German submarines to sink.)
