I had a case once involving the death of a crew member on a moored ship, and learned that Admiralty law prevails in such cases. Admiralty law with respect to safety of crew members not only long predates OSHA, it is significantly stricter.

  10. I spent the day outside! I dug Lilies for a person in town looking for some. Then I removed all the brick from our walkway, revamped the sand beneath them, and put them all back in place. I ache all over a little bit, but it sure feel satisfying!!

    1. A couple of days ago we got caught up with the weeds in both the front and back yards, and for good measure cut back the naked ladies [Amaryllis belladonna]. Before long I will spray the weeds that we missed.
