Yeah, I agree O'Rourke is too late. Maybe next time. So how about if Elizabeth and Bernie teamed up? You know, bring together the Dems, Indys and Progressives to stand together against the Repubs? Do you think Warren has the chutzpah to stand up to the DNC? She has always seemed so dyed in the wool Dem to me, so if she can't stand up without their blessing, then we need someone else. Bernie is still my first choice. I'd like to see him paired with someone younger. Maybe if he were to stand as a Progressive Independent and name Beto O'Rourke as his VP choice early on? Just a thought.

Wimp! If he think "publicly regretting" the comment will do him good, he's sadly mistaken. It won't mollify those whom the comment infuriated, while it turns off those whom it pleased. Lose/lose situation.

The appeals court did not identify the company, nor did the appellate judges say the subpoena was related to the Mueller investigation. The company that sought to quash the subpoena is owned by a foreign country, the ruling Tuesday said. But the hearing Friday came after several other secretive court clashes between Mueller's team and the company that received the subpoena, apparently over a grand jury action. The US Circuit Court in DC had locked down an entire floor of the courthouse Friday to prevent disclosure of the lawyers' identities."
