Just got a fundraising solicitation from a candidate saying the primary is three days away. September primary seems strange who think of primaries as a spring activity. (And no, this candidate isn't Down Under.)
Hallo All. Today's huge Harry Potter Birthday Party went swimmingly, and I did okay teaching Spells to a group of ten 11 year olds. They also enjoyed "classes" in Herbology (they made Mandrakes), Mystical Creatures (turns out Ivory soap assumes wild shapes in one minute in a micro! Ha!), and thoroughly enjoyed Potions class (in which they made lip gloss and "slime." LOL! The cake was phenomenal, and the the decor outstanding. We had one IMMENSELY DELIGHTED birthday girl! Magical. ✨
Been freezing ma butt off all day. Whew!
