  2. So is everybody going to watch the hearing tomorrow? I will be in front of the TV at 10am ET. Shall we blog during it? What say you?

    1. This is one of many things where I would prefer to just get a brief summary of the highlights from the news media rather than spend hours watching talk, talk, talk.

Those old dried-up raisins on the committee would bury a live person screaming at them, "I'm not dead!" They want this twisted "man" on the Supreme Court and they will hear no objections.

"Attorney Michael Avenatti has just released a sworn statement by another woman who alleges that Brett Kavanaugh had taken part in sexual misconduct, including participating in “gang rapes” and the unsolicited drugging women.

In his tweet, just moments ago, Avanatti released both a sworn statement and a photograph of the alleged victim, Julie Swetnick

“My name is Julie Swetnick and I am a resident of Washington, D.C.,” the declaration reads. “I fully understand the seriousness of the statements contained within this declaration…… I am a graduate of Gaithersburg High School in Gaithersburg, MD.”

Swetnick goes on to confirm that she has held several inactive government clearances, including “Secret – U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Justice, and Public Trust – U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP).:

She has a long history of working within the United States Government and seems to be as legitimate of a witness as a prosecutor could hope for."

This entire process is just as corrupt as the predator they hope to install on our Supreme Court.

    1. Alleged victim. Thank you, Susan. It makes me sick every time I hear 'accuser' instead of the correct term, 'alleged victim.'

  7. Good Lord--isn't it about time for BK to pop a cyanide pill? Granted that these days those are harder to come by than they used to be, but there are still ways.

  8. Long day for court today; left home about 8 AM got back about 6:45 PM. I can't discuss the details, but the local TV station asked that a camera crew be permitted into the courtroom, which was refused by the judge with the concurrence of the attorneys. Whew!
