Got our tree...and made it into the Burlington (VT) Free Press...!
Below is the link to a Burlington Free Press article that shows us getting our tree onto Root*Center*Son's car!
There's this photo of Mah*Sweetie and VT*Grand.
We are also in the video (he and me in the background at the 1 minute mark,

The "live" Xmas trees here are imported from Oregon. We had one once, and in addition to being rather expensive it shed a lot and then was no small amount of trouble to cut up so it would fit into the trash cans. Seemed like more of a fire hazard too. Smelled nice for a while, though. Except for that one year, we have used the same artificial tree for more than thirty years and it still looks good. It takes about ten minutes, maybe fifteen at the outside, to get it out of the box, into the house and set up.

Around here, there is a special collection of discarded Christmas trees. Everyone from the Recycling centers to the Boy Scouts picks them up. Many of us simply use them over the Winter as brush for the birds to shelter in. Come Spring, when they're good and dry and all the needles are off, they make good bon fire starter.

Senate “Intelligence” Committee now leaning on Jill Stein and the Green Party.[Click] I should truly enjoy them trying to lean on Gloria la Riva and The Party for Socialism and Liberation;[Click] but those Demopublicans and Republicrats on the Committee presumably wouldn’t have the nerve, knowing they would come off second (if not third!) best.
