Fun Fact: It is now legal for Vermont Maple Syrup Producers to sell their Very Dark syrup! It used to be considered sub-standard, but the truth is that locals prefer it, for its stronger taste. Sooo delicious!

ReplyDeleteI got to take VT*Grand to dance class, plus got a note from Grandson's*Mom asking if I'd be willing to hand-decorate a candle for Grandson's first birthday cake…! That's a huge step forward, and I'm tickled! The theme of the party is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" ~ :-D So I picture a candle with THE Hungry Caterpillar curled around it, facing downward with mouth open, and maybe polka-dotted as well. FUN!
One day plus left before I board the train for Spokane. The glasses I ordered a month ago haven't arrived (and the pair I discovered I had on hand don't have a usable telescope). The book I ordered by interlibrary loan (Thursday) to read on the train hasn't arrived. And I haven't made nearly as much progress on my work project as I'd hoped. But these things will pass.
