Started on our income tax returns today; expect to get them figured out today, and clean copies made and sent off before long. Court appearances may be particularly onerous this week. I must finish up testing on a high-profile case Monday. (I meant to do it Thursday, or failing that Friday, but had no opportunity.
The comic arts are generally a relatively safe place to wage a serious protest.
We actually received our state tax return check on Friday and our Federal tax return check on Saturday! We are amazed how fast the returns came…less than three weeks!
The only thing not ironic here is that Dean is First!

I stand by my theory that when something makes its way into the funny papers it's of social, political or economic significance. [Click] When laws agains something become the butt of humor, they are doomed.
