Being culturally deprived, I didn't know the difference between a centerboard and such a keel. ----Alan P.S.: Having an onboard comfort station would certainly be a good feature! But at least I knew why it is called a head.
Breaking Trump News [9PM] 3/22/23 | MSNBC [Click] Looks like we have a regular horse race to see which case will be the first to produce an indictment for TFG: Federal, Manhattan, or Atlanta. There is a seemingly credible suggestion for why the DC court(s) so hastened the release of Trump’s lawyer’s records (and his testimony): that there was something of great [astounding?] importance in those records that the judges reviewed in camera that they wanted to get into the hands (and ears) of the DC grand jury while it was still able to do so. —Alan
Cases rely on testimony and evidence. The problem with the documents case is that the best evidence cannot be shown to the jury. So, testimony has to be air tight and convincing. If the lawyer kept evidence of obstruction, it suggests that lawyers have finally figured out how not to be patsies. as Cohen was.
Somewhat. It hurts less overall. I'm wearing the brace less. But I still can't write without pain. The radial deviation is maybe 7% better? Maybe. Hoping the healing hits the knee of the curve soon!
Ohoooooooo, purty!

I'm envious.
DeleteIt certainly looks well cared for! Question: is the centerboard fixed in place?

It has a fixed keel; no centerboard.
DeleteThanks, all! ⛵️

DeleteMy favourite thing about the boat is that it has a head (water closet), which will immensely increase comfort and make a longer sail possible!

DeleteThe boats we have sailed heretofore were cabinless, open racers.

Does it have an inboard engine?
Delete---Alan
Thankfully, Alan, it does not! We greatly prefer a tiller...takes up less room in the cockpit and feels more intuitive.

While it was still able to take evidence, that is.
Delete---Alan
Better put: "while it was still able to take testimony and evidence."

Strange--the first correction was not in evidence on the thread, but showed up after I posted the second version.

Exciting prospects here!!
