One question perhaps runs like a cold-water current just beneath the new warm welcome: What if there are not enough qualified workers who want to move?

Made it safely home! We went "there and back again" today, as there's "weather" moving in. It was already raining in Vermont as we drove home, and snowing in our town. (We have to keep up our reputation. LOL!) ☃️
Today 14 of 18 family members gathered. Two DILs had to work, and one lives about 4 hours from the gathering, so Eldest and VT*Grand stayed home to cook for her.
