I donno, Alan. Only got about halfway through the video. There were just too many glaring grammatical mistakes and syntactical problems for me to take the whole thing seriously.
Yay! I landed an appointment for the first dose of Covid vaccine, next Tuesday. Actually, due to the marvels of modern technology I inadvertently landed TWO appointments. I suppose I could try to cancel one, but had better let sleeping dogs lie for now, for fear I might cancel both of them.
YESSS!!! I hope my first appointment comes up that quickly after I sign up! I am SOOOO eager!!
Vermont is now saying that, in Vermont, two weeks after you have had both doses of the vaccine, you do not need to quarantine after you travel out of state. Likewise, folks coming into Vermont, who can show they have had both doses, may come without quarantining.
In California, the state seems to have taken over the appointment system, and to be running it better than the counties. The counties still have some flexibility in the categories of people being allowed to make appointments.
My youngest is in ICU. Anyone so inclined would find prayers, good thoughts or light very welcome here. Seems to be congestive heart failure. More as I find out more.
Well, he talked to his dad, but was so drugged up that not much new info was gained. He's been given diuretics for the swollen legs, and bp meds and they're keeping him in ICU for at least a few days. I'm going to try a call tomorrow. Thank you all for the love, concern, prayers and light. ♥
I'm sorry to have been offline for awhile tonight so only hearing of this late. But my prayers arise and I am holding your boy and you and all concerned in the Light. ✨🌟💛🌟✨
He's fifty-four, listener. I doubt the nurses would talk. can't find out the hospital, for one. His dad gets rattled easily, and is not at all medically inclined.
Marvellous Egyptian tale related to the Iliad [Click] The source of this I do not find, but whether true or not, it is a fine story. A little too good to be true? I don’t know.

Also, just heard that starting March 1st, I can likely sign up for the vaccine.

DeleteAnd California is getting a lot more vaccine from the Biden administration; Trump didn't feel we were raking our forests enough, I guess.
DeleteYesterday Common Defense had a petition to sign calling on Ted Cruz to resign; today Public Citizen had one. Needless to say, I signed both.

The Vermont law is definitely more generous than California law was when I was young. It doesn't sound like it outlaws use of bandoliers.
DeleteAs memory serves me, long guns were limited to storing five rounds in California sixty years ago.

DeleteIf you call and ask the nurses for an update, will they tell you because you're his Mom?

ReplyDeleteIndeed, the nurses ought not to talk.
