    1. We stayed home.
Youngest came with his little family and Gramie was in bliss again for a little while. They have been super careful and so have we, and groups of up to 10 are allowed here now. We are ONLY meeting with family, and still only sometimes.

  3. Biden Makes First Public Appearance In Two Months [Click] I think he missed a bet by broadcasting from his basement rather than from his TARDIS. Certainly there would be special effects people who would have helped him out at no charge.

  4. I stepped outside (on the south side of the house) to take care of some trash, and it sure felt hot! Checked the temperature reading from the neighborhood station, and it says 100 Deg. F ("feels like 105"). So it seems I was right.

We’re expecting 90s the next two days. That is crazy weather for Vermont in MAY! It’s more like the couple of hot days we might get (or might not) come July!

  5. Coorer took the storms down, opened the windows. I was so cold last night. And this morning---absolutely clammy, ick. I tend to forget that I live fifty feet from a river. . . .

  6. Someone mentioned Trump displaying balance problems at today's ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns, and that it had happened before. So I took a look, and it's pretty obvious. He needs to take balance classes. And remember how he grabbed onto Theresa May's arm when walking down a ramp (or maybe steps)? A common problem of old age, but it can be dealt with if one wishes to do so. I looked at a video of Biden, and saw no evidence of it.

  7. In Bolsonaro’s hard-hit Brazil, everyone else is to blame for the coronavirus. Sounds familiar here --- alhough one commentator points to ways in which Bolsano is worse.
