Alan, re your last comment on the last thread: I know it. Gives you the shudders, doesn't it? Tragically, it isn't because she's a Trump spokesperson. In my experience, limited though it is, a vanishingly small percentage of people under, say, fifty know anything about anything. They can't use the English language; they don't know history or have even a basic grasp of economics or personal finance - saving, budgeting and the like. Hell, they don't even know anything about pop culture beyond five minutes ago.
This is how civilizations fall, the failure of education and the collective memory.
It occurs to me to wonder what the next EPA Administrator will do with The Pruitt Memorial Cone of Silence. Bookshelf? Coat closet? Coal repository? Maybe they could have a contest to decide.
I read about it some time back; glad to see the pilot has evidently done well, and given them data. This description of the chemistry is not very clear, but after consideration I see how it must work. One thing they seem to omit is that the necessary electricity is renewable--wind, solar, etc.
