Some day. 7 year old VT*Grand donated 10" of her hair to Children With Hair Loss, in honour of 7 yr old Ally! I was very impressed that her mother suggested that I take VT*Grand for the cut at my hairdresser. It went great. Then we went to a Fairy House workshop at the Library. If that sounds like a repeat of last week, its almost is. Last Weds I took our two Maine grands to the same hairdresser, where, rather than cuts they got their hair braided, then went to a Fairy House Workshop at a different Library. LOL! Tomorrow we're going to paint in the morning, then decorate today's Fairy Houses in the afternoon before I take her home.
Given that last evening I came down with a very sloppy cold (second one this Summer!!), I think I deserve some sort of medal. I look forward to curling up in a ball tomorrow afternoon and Friday in an effort to get well quick, as we'll have little Grandson here nearly all weekend. Yikes!
The office chair I ordered 2-1/2 months ago finally arrived. Fortunately easier to assemble than the computer desk was. Nice to have it here and done. The old one had a broken support and while it was still usable there was always a question when it would break completely.
