I have the whole weekend off! No need to go to work today with the Library closed, and that's good as I was feeling a bit rough. Also, VT*Grand has a Daisies sleepover and a Cookie Rally tomorrow. So we are enjoying a very low-key weekend! Yeah!!
Hmph. The blog gremlins ate my post that the above comment clarified. Here goes again.
Nothing much going on here. Lowest temperatures on the way to work at the hospital in the mid 40's F. By the end of the week (after a couple of previous demanding weeks) at my primary job both hands were hurting, and the right hand starting to get a bit numb from aggravating old repetitive stress injuries from forensic alcohol testing. (Lots of pipetting with spring-loaded pipettes.) But after a day at Job No. 2 my hands are close to 100% OK. VERY nice. We are still short-handed, but the holiday rush seems to have abated. Hmmmm...I had intended to take some aspirin with dinner, but forgot. Well, with breakfast.
The weather is warming (19F) and Howard warms our hearts.

ReplyDeleteMake that a day *working* at the hospital...much easier on my hands than forensic alcohol testing.
