I accidentally left a comment at the bottom of yesterday's thread. No matter. The only relevant thing is that today's weather was lovely, sunny and cool.
Wow, bone marrows times four for Ally? Poor little thing. Did she get a general anesthetic? I understand that locals don't prevent the pain of aspiration.
Recuperating from working the weekend, but it was easier than usual. Census was down and the ER wasn't very busy. Got started on a dandy history book, "Triumph of the Moon." Very easy day today at Salt Mine No. 1, because the courier service took the day off and we only got the local police and highway patrol work. Right now I feel the need of some fairly mindless diversion, so will watch what is evidently a love comedy--"Sleepless in Seattle." We will be out of town all day Wednesday--shopping in San Jose, doctor's appointment in San Francisco (routine surgery followup) and dinner with Naomi in San Mateo, then home to Fresno.
Howard is still da foist!!
ReplyDeleteAnd that tree looks positively delicious!! YUM!!
Bright, windy, warm. Need to go water grass, and move rocks around. Life is good.
ReplyDeleteI'm very tired of "hot". It's 85 degrees here in SW Ohio *again*. Please.
ReplyDeleteAbout the same here in NE Illinois. But reasonable humidity, so pretty pleasant so long as you don't have to work in the sun.
ReplyDeletePenny says she'd like it to be summer all year 'round. I don't quite think I agree.
Ally update at baby ~~
