Yayyy! 🧸 I hope you get to have the bear soon, then, W.A.! It was intended to be brought to you in Rehab. I never had a teddy bear as a child and the first time I ever had a surgical procedure, Wil showed up in recovery with a teddy bear named Spencer, which he procured from the hospital gift shop during my surgery. Spencer has since gone to the hospital every time one of us needs to be there...from the time VT*Grand had a respiratory issue as a toddler to the time Youngest was in hospital in MA after a car ran a red light and crashed into his car, dislocating his shoulder, etc.. So, when a family member is in hospital in another state, we often call the hospital gift shop and have a teddy bear sent to their room. Only trouble was W.A.'s hospital's gift shop doesn't deliver to the rooms, and Alan, of course, was home. So it was Vermont Teddy Bear Company to the rescue. 😊
The below linked video is a program, podcast (whatever) from The Mayday Network, which includes a bootleg copy of the 60 Minutes segment. In case you missed it, Paramount wiped the actual video from the innertubes, including suing Qasim Rashid and who knows how many other primary content creators. We'll see if they manage to take this down too.
