Shoveling in PJs

We got a little snow on Wednesday, and Wil had a haircut to get to. So while he showered, I shoveled. I cleared the truck then, since there was no wind and it wasn't too cold, I cleared a space for my Mini (which was at the shop getting its snow tires put on), cleared my neighbour's walkway and shoveled out the mailboxes. The fun part is that I did it while still wearing my PJs. Mind you, it's not uncommon for folks around here to wear PJs to go grocery shopping. So I don't think I shocked anyone who drove by while I was shoveling out the mailboxes. 🤣

  1. Do you get as much exercise if you shovel in your PJs?

    1. Yeah, we sure donated. We feel just terribly that *this* happened in Vermont. It's just not what Vermont is about in any way at all. Heartbreaking.

  4. 6:15 PM, just back from watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail with Naomi; I had never seen the complete movie, and it was good fun. Tucking into a good pizza.

    1. Eldest*Grand's recent school play was SPAMALOT, which is a stage rendition of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Very funny indeed.

  5. We spent the day on the flooring, and the evening out with family and friends. We went to see the Shelburne Museum's WINTER LIGHTS display (their best yet!). Then we went out to eat at a delicious Mediterranean restaurant, in honour of my dear friend Dory's birthday, which is Monday. Best part was that VT*Grand came and brought her Sweetie. They make such a great couple...and they're both very tall!...16 and he's more than 6ft tall and she's about 5ft, 10" (so far!)...!
