I have also now figured out how to customize Google Chrome so that Goodsearch rather than the Google search engine comes up in a new tab. This eliminated the links (e.g., to HEP) that automatically appeared on the Google page, but I now know how to get them into the bookmark bar at the top of the page.
As I understand and recall, the case will not be ripe for consideration by the Supreme Court until all the evidence and arguments have been prepared and presented in the trial and first-level appellate courts. Then the Supreme Court can properly consider it, and will *be able* to decide the constitutional issues very quickly and with less heat. By requesting consideration by the Supreme court so soon, Jack Smith decreases Trump's ability to delay proceedings by requesting it at the latest possible time. Greasing the skids, as it were. And now for my first cup of coffee. ----Alan Rats--Blogger not letting me post at the moment. Will keep trying. It could take hours.
[Video] Trump Accidentally Hands Jack Smith Devastating Evidence [Click] Wow. It is so damning that I couldn't bear to watch the whole thing. At least at one go. It seems well past time that Trump should be consulting with a specialist in how to choose the most agreeable prison. ——Alan
Ironic that I posted the heavy laden evergreen out front for today. The truth is that we have NO snow ANYWHERE here now, and today's low was 43ºF, a full 66º higher than our record low for this date of -22ºF.
Just stepped outside to throw out a bit of trash; partly cloudy, full moon, Venus and Mars visible. Can definitely feel that there is snow in the mountains, but no reason to expect frost in the morning. -----Alan
Having a FABULOUS visit with Grandson...we went to a three level train exhibit today, got ice cream cones at an ice cream stand (I kid you not!) and visited a toy store. Then we watched Eloise at Christmastime and spent the evening enjoying Kiddage, Cribbage and various card games, before a nice long bedtime story.
And now I have figured out how to edit my display name on Google so that the one I want comes up automatically. (See posts on last two threads.)

‘Anchors in our landscapes’: secular Scotland is fast losing its churches [Click] I recall an official of the Anglican Church years ago saying that it was not a society for the preservation of ancient monuments.

I'm wayyyy behind on the news, though I did see that the Michigan Supreme Court decided NOT to do as Colorado did. Bah!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter. It's going to be decided by the US Supreme Court in any case.

But I must hasten to my pillow, as he's an early riser.
