I just listened to the video you posted AND Rachel Maddow's take on the news. Bummed that it'll be appealed to the US Supreme Court and we know that that'll turn out. But the more states that do this, the better chance.
Milkhouse space heaters. Am one short just now, so it's aided by my gas stove top. Normal winters are fine. Extra cold not so much. Got a wood burning stove as a back up in the back room, but never needed, so never got the flu hooked up. Now I think Cooter will inherit that task.
