Perennial Pansy!?!

Pansies have always been annuals in NW Vermont.  However!
  Amazingly, this one grew back and flowered a week ago!

    Are pansies ever perennial?
    Are pansies annuals or perennials? Pansies are typically classified as biennials, or short-lived perennials, because they will sometimes return for a second season of bloom, especially in areas with cool summers and moderate winters, such as the Pacific Northwest.

      I have turned the heat back on in Georgia because it is 62° and windy with overcast. The houses are not well insulated in the south.

    Nashville Council votes in the replacement for their House member who was ousted. They voted in their House member who was ousted...who now returns to the House

      Wayyyyy too hot for April! I don't even like 90 in July or August!
