Just keeping FOX in the news cycle...

Saturday, this fox sauntered through Youngest's yard in broad daylight...right by where the grands play, and totally ignored their chicken coop and chickens.

    2. I watched a good part of the longer YouTube video; they lost me not long after the crop circles . . .

  2. I like the last line of this news paragraph from Quartz:
Microsoft sparked Elon Musk’s ire. The tech giant is shutting down a service that uses Twitter’s API rather than paying for it, provoking threats of legal action from the chief twit.

  3. New development:
Dad's cough is so bad, he canceled the surgery. He has his medicated spray and is taking Musenex(sp?), but his chest congestion doesn't clear up. In fact, he says it feels like the gunk in his lungs is congealing, not breaking up. He tested negative for Covid on the home test earlier in the week, but he's going to test again tomorrow.

    1. Covid-19 is by no means the only respiratory disease of concern. It really sounds like he should be seeing a doctor for this.

    4. Yeah, what Alan said!
It's harder to be the daughter of a parent who won't cooperate than to be a parent of a child who won't cooperate, because a parent has more power. Thinking of you, Cat...waiting and hoping. ❤️

    1. I can accept that! The mills of the gods grind slowly, but exceeding fine.

  5. Today I learned that a friend of 20+ years died in February. She had lived the last 14 years in CT. I kept in touch with her over the years, and am sad to find I missed her passing. Had there been a service in CT, I would have gone to it. She was one of my favourite persons on the planet and in the course of my lifetime. She will ever be cherished.

    1. Oh, my. None of us knows when our time will come; nor will the older necessarily go first. The fresh flowers of evening may be cold ashes come morning. I hope she was ready.
