    1. Upon reflection, I suppose the question answers itself.

  2. California [Governor] signs gun control law modeled after Texas anti-abortion measure [Click] “Law allows people to sue anyone who distributes illegal assault weapons, parts used to build weapons or .50 caliber rifles.” Fifty-caliber smoothbores are OK? The other day I saw a story that the early Colt revolvers are not legally firearms because they don’t take cartridges. Weird.

    1. Oh, I am so very happy to hear this! I imagine the staff at the hospital were only too happy to treat him like royalty. They get so many people with self-inflicted or Darwinian style injuries. Here's a hero instead. (And they would be just the folks to recognise a hero.)

    1. What's the maximum? Minimum is 30 days...which seems less than a slap on the wrist, really.

  5. Video Outtakes Surprised Trump’s Allies [Click]
July 22, 2022 By Taegan Goddard

“Vicky Ward reports that allies of Donald Trump were buzzing today about the January 6 Committee playing the video clip of Trump rehearsing both his Jan. 6 and Jan 7 speeches.”
“The Trump folks didn’t know those clips even existed. They thought they’d been erased.”

Guess I will have to look those up on the Inner Tubes.

  6. The Criminal Case Against Trump Is Getting Stronger [Click] He wouldn’t be the first person to run for the Presidency from a federal prison cell. And the food and medical care in the pen are a lot better these days.

  7. Tomorrow we bring two grands to a third grand's birthday party, which will feature 6 of our 8 grands. One has to work (bakery) and the other is in a play performance...! We went to the play this evening and it was AMAZING!!! 3 weeks to learn Oliver! with full music and choreography...and they're mostly middle schoolers...!!! And it was quite impressive! The voices, the acting, the movements, the talent! WHOA!! VT*Grand did a stellar job. Must sleep for now, though, as we leave right after breakfast for the birthday party in NH. I'll be "back" after that!!!
