In forty years there have been 123 mass shootings (more than four victims) by men and 3 by women. And yet the focus is on the victims, the weapons and the locations, but not the perps. There are also serial killers many of whose crimes never get solved and the majority of domestic abuse that is recorded is perpetrated by men. Why is that? where is our rearing going wrong?
