  2. The pistol used by that 15-year-old in the school shootings was purchased by his father on Black Friday. [Click] Yep, freedom is great. I suppose the father figured he needed it for self defense. Oh, and teachers had noticed troubling behavior by the boy.

    1. You really do have to wonder about those parents. And I imagine the school will now have a policy of sending a troubled child home for the day after a parent-staff conference about troubling behaviour.

    3. That is rather interesting. The grapevine is an alternative method of communication. I was reading that the shooter posted some stuff online. I will see if I can locate the story.

    5. CNN interviewed Karen McDonald, the prosecutor. She said that tomorrow we will hear whether the boy's parents are also facing charges. I gather from the bit she said that they certainly are. Apparently they allowed their son to have access to the gun! He apparently had it in his backpack during the meeting with his parents and staff. Can you imagine?
