There is fog rising from the river this morning.
Is this good because it means there's moisture enough to create fog, or bad because it means moisture is evaporating from the Earth?
Mostly it means the air is cool enough to allow the water vapor to condense into fog (which disappeared quickly as the sun rose farther).
