I'm happy to report all went well for Wil at the vaccination site. He told the nurse who gave him the shot that he hadn't taken his blood thinner today. She told him she's a cardiac nurse (what were the odds?!) and that he should go home and take it. (He did.)
I'm also delighted to report that he got the Pfizer vaccine and he learned they will be using Pfizer next week too, when it's my turn. We are pleased about that as the next shot is just 3 weeks later instead of 4 with Moderna, which means we will get to see our kids and grands a week sooner!
So far I have not discovered any reports of the Deified Donald descending in glory upon the Capitol steps. I even checked the Washington Examiner [which seems to have deteriorated considerably since I last looked at it, back in the administration of Bush the Younger].

Also, the % of recovered cases is starting to decrease and the number of active cases to increase, just a little. Watching that closely.
