Yes, that has been our experience in Georgia, as well. Congress is in a tight spot. The infusion of currency puts the lie to their argument that tax revenues are determinant on the federal level. Ergo, the deprivation Capitol Hill hath wrought was entirely avoidable. Moreover, it could be argued that, since rationing always prompts hoarding, the hoarding by the billionaires can be traced to rationing of the currency by Congress. Why did Congress turn to rationing? To exercise control. That whole "balanced budget" scam was just a power play.
