First I was told “the 24th.” Then I was told “Could be as early as Monday or Tuesday (20th-21st), then “Wednesday,” then “Friday.” Just now I called, as it’s both Friday *and* the 24th, and was told “Still on track for late Monday or possibly Tuesday.” So I pushed back, saying what I’d been told and it seems my mechanic was out for several days having some teeth pulled. I just want my car back. 😔
The Case for Removing Trump [Click] “In case you missed it, Rep. Adam Schiff’s closing argument last night [link included] at President Trump’s impeachment trial will be remembered as one of the great American speeches.” I like great speeches; guess I’ll have to check it out.
Except Iowa and New Hampshire. As I said before, his whole campaign rests on the idea that doing well there will cause voters elsewhere to take him more seriously.
The person I spoke with patched me through to a recording that left no way to leave a message. So I called back and was told the only way to reach the Chief Justice is by letter. She recommended contacting our Senators. I said a letter would not be timely, and that it is outrageous that an American citizen can’t leave a comment. She did say they have had a large volume of calls. So, keep calling I guess, so at least they’ll feel us out here.
🚘 Still no Mini Cooper. 😔

Also, I called both of VT’s DC Senate offices. The person at Bernie’s office told me that Bernie feels just the same way. Love that man!
