Thanks, Alan, for the steer toward The Scarlet Pumpernickel. It sounds like a grand romp. Meaning no disrespect to Mr. D. Duck's script writing abilities, but the story bears no resemblance whatsoever to Baroness Orczy's novel, though that's hardly surprising. I'll see if it's on YouTube.
Wednesday was cool and sunny here as well. It was also the day I offered my first ever Skyped spiritual guidance meeting. What I need to work out is how to look at the screen for so long, when it's really just a few feet away. It's hard on the eyes.
Thursday will also be sunny and somewhat warmer. In the morning I am meeting the Art League for a ramble at a museum, then delivering home made gift certificates to a book store that buys them from me. In the afternoon I will be working at Bernie HQ!! Stay tuned!
Sailing, sailing, over the bounding main...
ReplyDeleteWith Capt. Dean at the helm, how can we founder?
Good Firsties, Cat! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Listener.

ReplyDeleteFossil that I am, it hadn't occurred to me that it might be available free online, but sure enough it is!
