    So guess who I just got an email form, With the subject line, "Willing. Ready. Eager." Scott Walker. He doesn't say he's running for President, but the implications seems clear.

    It befuddles me what these Republicans expect to achieve by spamming active Democrats.

    (Oh. Did I mention the email from the Stop Hillary PAC?)
