  2. We've had a bit of snow here today. It's wet snow and often mixing with rain. The round is too warm for it to stick, but it sure is beautiful!

  3. I feel much better now that my colonoscopy is passed. Especially since, for the first time ever, there were no polyps! The GI clinic said come back in 5 years, of course, but this may reinforce Dr. Yen's suggestion that I won't need another.

  4. UPS guy came today bringing my new supply of almond flour and five pounds of erythritol. Hope it works, because I'm sure committed now, lol! ( I know the almond flour does; the erythritol is a good guess. . . . )

I think this is the first time Amazon's free shipping has paid for UPS to the door service. Weight mebbe? Anyways, it's always a joy to see the UPS guys!!

  5. Tomorrow we take our grandkitty back to her mommy in Mountain View and do so me shopping. Now I am going to check out BBC TV's "Sherlock." It's hard to be sure with the residue of the cold I have had, but the cough I have had (evidently from acid reflux) seems to have gone away. Fingers crossed.

  6. Thanks, listener. Easy, conservative, reasonable treatment. Not all that modern technology is capable of when there is no need for that.

"Sherlock" is a bit of all right. And now to bed.
