  2. I sure hope folks will be able to post here today. It got kind of lonely yesterday. Feel free to email me a post and I'll put it up for you, as needed.

  3. I was just about to say, "No news to report," when Penny gave me some news. You'll recall that she and her two co-workers provide on-site presence when the plant would otherwise be empty. That includes 24 hours next Thursday and probably Friday. That's no news. What's news is that one of her coworkers is in the hospital. Assuming he won't be able to work next week that means LONG hours. Just like when he was in Puerto Rico only more so because of the holidays.

    1. Bill, I certainly hope you plan to take Penny out for a Thanksgiving feast after she makes it through those terrible hours and has had a good night's sleep! I will be thinking of you both and hoping your strange Thanksgiving is special in some unexpected way.

    2. -Actually, the current news is good. Her coworker will be out of the hospital and back to work Monday night. She will work until midnight tomorrow but otherwise will not work more than expected for a holiday weekend. Presumably.

Goring out for a feast is up to her. She's generally less interested in eating out than I am, and I am less interested than today's average American.
