Are those current photos of clematis? It seems early in the year, but maybe in Vermont things have to grow quickly! Or maybe I don't recall when they bloom.
Darned if I can figure out what that upper wheeled thingy on yesterday's thread is--with the green handle evidently to push it, and the brown box.
Sandy Eggo is a go on Thursday (departing Wednesday evening). For Truth, Justice and The American Way (to the extent those are compatible)! [grin] Also for some headphone auditioning.
It poured rain today. We woke up to find the top of the metal birdbath on the ground and several lilac branches close to the feeder, broken! I wonder what critter attempted to climb out on the branch to get some seeds and was a bit too heavy for the caper? I'm guessing raccoon. Any thoughts?
We had a full arc of rainbow over the house at sunset. Nice end to the day.
Whoop for Dean!

Alan, the Clemetis was photographed in Grandson's yard in central New Hampshire a month ago!
