Thanks also for the Traveling Mercies for my Eldest. He's still on the road and it's 1:13am. He promises to text us when he gets home. I'm not going to get much sleep until I hear that "Ping".
Boy, I'll pass on those blizzards, listener. We went up to the [SF] Bay Area today to do some shopping and to drop off some things for Naomi. We ran into moderately heavy fog along one highway where it is common in the winter, with plenty of idiots driving too fast and with no lights. People get killed that way along there every year. It's a good, high-speed, four-lane divided highway, but not a freeway, and the better part of an hour's drive. Nice and clear both before and after that spot, as well as along there on the way home.

P.S.: I have managed to trace that unusual English translation of The Internationale back to 1912, with hints of several other verses.
