So. My considered advice is: DO NOT wash your dog's dirty chew toy. Just spent 10 minutes with a scrubber and 409 spiffing up his current fav. Rinsed good, and gave it back. He took it ten feet, dropped it, and gave me *such* a look (WHYJOOHAVETOO DOOTHAT?), and walked away. . . . Me? Feel guilty? ????????????????
So Chicago has just completed the warmed March on record. There have been 10 March days in the city's history above 80 degrees, and this past month had eight of them. But we missed the record high for March by 1 degree.
Nice day--clear, but pretty cool weather (easy to tell there was snow in the mountains, even without seeing it). Too wet to work in the yard. Locomotion and other functions OK. I took care of income taxes, and had no surprises. Now for a bath, and I think I will watch Flash Gordon in Space Soldiers. (It would be about 55 years since I saw it serialized on TV.) TTFN
Howard remains immanently fistly.
ReplyDeleteArt show mercies, listener.
Is it *wrong* to take a nap during Earth Hour?

ReplyDeleteWhew! I don't normally think of Chicago as "toasty" but that sure qualifies. . . .
