It is my understanding that Charlie is allowed to work. The occasion of DemocracyFest is time sensitive, and Charlie has been an outstanding feature of the Fest since it's beginning. His speeches and workshops on the Constitution have been well attended, and outstanding. It seems, well, odd that this request has been interfered with. Even here in WV we get better public service than *this*!
I certainly hope you people are able to allow this to happen.
A video presentation is a good idear, though I wonder if he could put one together now at such short notice. Maybe a video conference hookup? Anyway, get in touch with him on FB, since he doesn't read HEP.
Sometimes after a serious fertile period, it helps to just walk away a bit, get your balance, and come back later. With fresh ears in this case. At least that works better for me than worrying it; that's where I slide backwards. Just me though mebbe.
Cat, I keep Facebook JUST for family and a few close friends. I have let 3 bloggers into that loop, but there is a deep trust that it won't be shared. I do NOT want my name out there generally speaking. Thanks for wanting to include me, though.
Called my friend Margy at 8:00 and just got off the phone. Today is her ninetieth birthday, and she's as sharp as a tack. Always keeps me in stitches. I love talking to her, but I don't have the stamina to do it very often. *grin*
Howard Dean is first!
ReplyDeleteDeanFesters are first too!
And our Charlie is first. Go to the previous thread to find out what's happened to him and how to help.
I left several Charlie related messages on the last thread too.
ReplyDeleteOkay Deanfesters, you know what to do!

ReplyDeleteI wish some bloggers from Deanfest would pop by.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Denise would have, but she ended up not going.
No, that works for me too.
