  1. I'm confused. Wolf Blitzer said the security Saturday night was the tightest he had ever seen in his thirty years of attending the dinner. The Brits I heard discussing the matter, one of them a longtime Washington correspondent, both said the security was extraordinarily lax. So, which was it? *scratching my head*

  3. Maybe it was just a guy who foolishly decided he could do the impossible and the Secret Service was quick.
    But I can't quite get my mind around him running through the checkpoint and not immediately being shot by Secret Service. What is their protocol? It all seems too..."perfect"... somehow. And it just happened to be when all the press would be there and be so shocked by it all that they talk about it constantly for days...right when the Iran talks have fallen apart.
