Well, yes. There is no possible doubt that he is very ill. There's no way of knowing how aware he is or isn't of his condition. Beyond that, it is my firm conviction that Vance will do everything humanly possible to prop him up, no matter how obviously demented, senile and otherwise unfit for office he becomes, till after the midterms. At that point, whatever the outcome of those elections, he'll be able to push Trump out one way or another and have himself declared POTUS. And, at that point, God help us all, because, Vance is not stupid, mentally ill or in physical and mental decline. He is a cunning, crafty and totally evil man.
