      Two NASA astronauts were strapped in the company’s Starliner capsule when the countdown automatically was halted at 3 minutes and 50 seconds by the computer system that controls the final minutes before liftoff.

    2. I remember seeing a photo of the Starliner control panel; it is an almost incomprehensible mass of buttons, knobs, switches and gauges/monitors--- basically an evolution of the B29 controls for pilots and engineers combined. The contrast with the SpaceX controls was gobsmacking.

  7. High temperature today about like yesterday: 93F. Ten day forecast 89F, 89, 95, 105, 107, 102, 99, 96, 96. Looks like summer is here. Yestere'en we turned on the air conditioner for a while before going to bed.
